I can delete this app and start over, but I just get the same error. I used SmartThings CLI to check my account, there will be a HA smartapp everytime I try to link it to HA. There must be something wrong with this account. But for my previous Smartthings account, I just cannot link it. I just registered another new Smartthings account and I can add this account to HA. ![]() I tried to add this integration in Incognito windows.I deleted HA automation on the ST app under automations.Hass_smartthings_remove PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN I deleted file smartthings under /home/homeassistant/.homeassistant/.storage every time.I fresh installed the OS and installed CORE HA (several versions from mid 2022 to 2023.1).Please try to install the SmartApp again.". Then I clicked "submit" and filled the token, logged the account, then it returned " ERROR: Something went wrong. From an external network, If I click this URL, it shows "405: Method Not Allowed" If I POST this URL, everything goes through without any errors. I clicked "add integration", then it gave "Confirm Callback URL". An integration specific guard doesn't seem appropriate given this risk also impacts other pending writes of HA. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover from a lost refresh token either, and the integration has to be setup again. The SmartThings integration uses the same APIs to write files as the rest of HA. When HA is not gracefully shutdown, background tasks are killed, which prevents the new refresh token from being written to disk. #30760 you have noted, this isn't an issue with SmartThings. I was able to resolve this without deleting and reinstalling the SmartThings integration. _I was seeing “Invalid refresh token” in my HA logs for smartthings at startup (after a rollback). I REALLY didn't want to go through the remove/reauthorized process. Same issue after restoring from backup after a failed upgrade to 2022.9.2. I generated a new token as per the docs and HA found my location, I added it and it started to open another page and I wound up back at the same error. I deleted (reluctantly) the SmartThings integration and re-installed it. So I went to computer and found the same problem with a little different verbiage. After doing some digging I found that I should be able to go to the app and re-authorize HA but I got the error on my phone that I needed to reinstall the app. Follow the in-app instructions to reset, or “exclude,” your Z-Wave device.I realized that my smartApp token is no longer authorized with smart things for some reason. *Note: In iOS and Android, removal of a Z-Wave device will prompt Z-Wave exclusion.
